Everything in Standard +- Medicare/Medicaid enrollment- Contracting assistance- Priority turnaround & quarterly compliance checks
Add-Ons:
- Additional payer enrollment: $75–$150 per payer
- Expedited/rush applications: $200–$400
- Telehealth / multi-state setup: $150–$300
